To the Woman Who Feels Stuck

I see you.
You wake up each morning carrying silent weight — the kind no one else notices, but it follows you through every step. You feel tired even when you’ve rested. You feel unsure even when everything looks “fine” from the outside. You smile for others… but your soul feels a little lost.
I know how that feels.
Because I was her, too.
There was a time when my life looked “full” on the outside… but inside, I was crumbling.
I was in a toxic marriage that left me feeling small and unseen.
I was drowning in debt, trying to keep up with expectations and survive each month.
I was working, caregiving, trying to hold everything together — but I was falling apart.
My health was deteriorating, and I barely had the energy to care for myself.
And spiritually… I felt distant. Numb. Disconnected from my purpose.
I didn’t recognize myself anymore.
But somewhere in the quiet, something began to shift.
I turned back to Allah.
I whispered, “Guide me, Ya Rabb.”
And slowly, through tiny, intentional steps, I began to heal.
One day, one prayer, one new habit at a time, I found the courage to choose myself again.
I chose to walk away from what hurt me.
I chose to rebuild my life with tawakkul and trust.
I chose to get disciplined with my health, finances, and heart.
And Alhamdulillah… I’m in a better place now.
Not perfect. Still learning and still healing.
But I’m thriving in ways I once thought were impossible.
So if you’re reading this, dear sister…
And you feel stuck in a cycle of pain, pressure, or confusion…
Please know this:
You are not broken. You are not alone. You are not behind.
Your soul is just being called to rise.
Start small. Anchor yourself in prayer.
Reconnect with your heart. Reimagine your life.
And when you’re ready to flourish, I’m right here.
I created Flourish with Faith as a safe space for women like you.
Women who are ready to grow spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially.
Women who believe that with faith, everything can change.
You are worthy of joy.
You are allowed to change.
And your story is still unfolding — beautifully.
With love and duas,
Sofwa
